Watercolor Landscapes with Roseann Egidio

Roseann will share composition tips, color mixing, and how to maintain true colors- darks and lights- with this less-forgiving medium. Students will follow step by step instruction and learn various techniques of watercolor. They will also receive personal attention from award winning teacher Roseann Egidio. These classes are designed for the beginner to the intermediate student.
 
 
About the Instructor:
Roseanne Egidio is a native of New Jersey, and has lived in Jacksonville for the past decade. Her previous career was as an art director in New York City. She has been working in watercolors for years. As a member of the Jacksonville Watercolor Society, Roseann has won many awards.
Roseann was most recently the Artist in Residence for the Arts in Medicine Program at U F Health (Shands) Hospital in Jacksonville. Previously Roseann was the Art Teacher for grades K-12 at Mainspring Academy, and Collage School in Ponte Vedra, both schools for students with autism and special needs. She also teaches watercolor through community education at Fletcher High School. Roseann has also demonstrated at the Cummer Museum in Jacksonville, and has been a recipient of the Jacksonville Community Foundation Grant for Individual Artists. Her work has appeared on the cover of New Smyrna Magazine. She is a member of the Jacksonville Watercolor Society, and the St Augustine Art Association and Jacksonville Coalition for the Visual Arts.
