Tailgaters Parking: 225 Talleyrand Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32202
- Saturday, February 22nd: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Sunday, February 23rd: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tickets
- Advance ticket purchases are $9 + fees each.
- Tickets purchased at the entrance the day of the event are $13 + tax for school age children (4 - 17) and $15 + tax for adults.
- Children age 3 and under are free to attend, no ticket required.
Please note:
- All ticket sales are final. This is a rain or shine event, tickets are non-refundable or transferrable between days.
- Gate ticket sales and beverage booths are cashless; only Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, debit cards, and tap-to-pay methods are accepted.
- Admission is not permitted within 30 minutes of event closing.
- Tickets do not include re-entry or parking fees.
Cashless Payments
All City of Jacksonville point-of-sale locations will be cashless including: event ticket purchases, beverage booths which include beer, wine, soda and water. All major credit cards and tap-to-pay will be accepted at this years event. Cashless payments are highly encouraged at all locations within the event.
Parking
Public parking lots will open one hour prior to event opening time each day.
Parking will be available in ASM managed Lots C, D, and J surrounding EverBank Stadium for $10 per vehicle. Please note that these specific lots are cashless.
Additional parking will be available at Tailgaters Parking “Extra Point Lot”, “Red Zone Lot”, “Time Out Lot” and “1st Lot & 10 Lot” for $10 cash or $13 with credit card per vehicle.
Bag Policy
Due to enhanced security measures, the following items are not permitted: Outside food and drinks (with the exception of baby and medical necessities), coolers, bikes, skates, scooters, drones, weapons, pets and amplified sound devices. Service animals (which are limited to dogs and miniature horses, pursuant to section 406.501(d), Jacksonville Ordinance Code) are permitted.

The City of Jacksonville is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable event experience for all. When attending a City of Jacksonville Event by the Office of Sports and Entertainment refrain from the following:- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or illegal in nature, including fighting and physical harassment
- Foul, harassing or abusive language towards other attendees or staff
- Unreasonably obstructing the view or pathways to areas within the event walkways
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes)
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
- Obscene or offensive gestures, signage or clothing, including the use of such language or gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
- Interference with the attendee event experience
- Being in possession of forbidden items (see list of event’s Prohibited Items), outside alcohol, and/ or illegal substances within the event perimeter.
- Conduct that results in damage to the event venue or other real or personal property.
Attendees are expected to follow all safety instructions from event staff, law enforcement, and security personnel. Please report any concerns or suspicious activity immediately. Violating this Code of Conduct may result in removal without refund and a ban prohibiting attendance at future events. Event organizers reserve the right to change this Code of Conduct at any time, so please check for updates before attending.
