Rate Information

State of Florida, Duval County, taxes are 7.5% sales tax.

Park Rental Rates

The 501(c)3 rate of $100.00 applies only to events that have no admission fee. If the event is a ticketed (fee) event, then the rates under “Ticketed Event” apply.

Equipment Rental Rates

Labor Rates

The following rates are only estimates. Labor rates are determined per employee and based on pay schedules. City of Jacksonville employees will provide labor, at the prevailing rate of the positions required to work the event. The scope of the event and projected attendance determines the number of City staff required.

Concession Fees

If food/beverages are sold at the event, a concession buyout fee is charged based on the following:

Public Safety

Jacksonville Sheriff’s Officers and Jacksonville Fire Rescue must be present at all events. The number of staff will be determined by the public safety departments based on the scope of the event and projected attendance.
